4. Two sets of Deed embedded with Survey Plan
5. Site photograph showing date
6. Four applicant passport photographs (5cm × 5cm, white background)
7. Location sketch
8. Applicant’s valid identification card
9. Publication fee – ₦20,000
10. Administrative charges – ₦20,000
11. Duly stamped land purchase receipt
