Requirements for Governor’s Consent

1. Deed of Assignment
2. Form 1C, duly stamped
3. Survey Plan – 1 copy
4. Evidence of payment for Record Copy
5. Locational Sketch Map
6. Two passport photographs (5cm × 5cm, coloured with white background)
7. Photograph of the subject property showing date and time
8. Certified True Copies (CTCs) of the guarantor’s title
9. Payer’s identification number
10. Cover letter
